OUR MISSION Imagine building a better healthcare journey for patients with cancer, where individuals and their loved ones feel seen, supported, and heard by their care team – both in and out of the clinic. Where fast access to high-quality care is the norm, not the exception. Where patients have access to a care navigator to guide them through their diagnosis and trusted support all along the way. At Thyme Care, we share a passion for transforming the cancer care experience – not just for patients but also for their caregivers and loved ones, as well as those delivering and paying for their care. Today, Thyme Care is known predominantly as a cancer care navigation company enabling value-based cancer care; in the next few years, we will become a nationally recognized technology-driven and provider-centric care delivery model, reshaping the landscape of cancer care access, delivery, and experience. Our commitment runs deep—we're not satisfied with the status quo but determined to redefine it. To make this happen, we’re building a diverse team of problem solvers and critical thinkers to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare. If you share our vision and want to be part of something truly meaningful, we want to hear from you. Together, we can revolutionize cancer care and make a difference that lasts a lifetime. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning complex clinical and operational challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership. You thrive in fast-moving environments, translating data and insights into structured programs, and guiding teams through ambiguity with clarity and focus. You are as comfortable building workflows as you are collaborating with clinicians, operators, and product leaders. You will design processes that are repeatable and measurable, foster adoption across the care delivery team, and ensure that innovation translates to tangible impact for patients and partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Senior Manager of Clinical Innovation & Design, you will play a critical role in shaping, testing, and scaling new care models, workflows, and clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and deliver value for our partners. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Innovation & Design, you will: Program Development: Design, prototype, and refine new clinical workflows, care pathways, and partner-facing programs. Translate complex clinical and operational needs into structured, scalable solutions. Data-Driven Insights: Partner with our data teams to define success metrics, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor pilots, synthesize learnings, and recommend refinements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with clinicians, operations, product, and partner success teams to align innovation efforts with organizational goals. Act as the bridge between strategy and frontline execution. Leadership & Execution: Drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives and ensure teams have the clarity, tools, and systems to deliver at a high level. WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS People-first. Thyme Care’s mission and members matter to you deeply. Experienced. You bring 6-8+ years in healthcare innovation, clinical operations, consulting, or related fields. Effective listener and communicator. You are persuasive and articulate but start by listening. You build trust with diverse stakeholders. Adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Ambiguity excites you rather than deters you. Analytical. You can translate data into insights and drive decisions that improve outcomes. Self-Starter & Problem-Solver. Curious, proactive, and results-driven. Take initiative, prioritize effectively, and execute quickly with innovative solutions. WHAT YOU’VE DONE 6–8+ years of experience in healthcare innovation, clinical operations, consulting, or related fields. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong data literacy and comfort interpreting analyses. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. BONUS IF YOU HAVE: Experience in oncology, palliative care, or other complex care delivery settings. Prior people management or mentorship experience.
