WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll be part of a team focusing on member engagement and education to drive activation and participation with Thyme Care’s clinical model. You’ll work closely with clinical and operational leaders to design, implement, monitor, and iterate clinical processes and programs and their supporting content to drive engagement. Your role will focus on optimizing the care delivered to our members via our core clinical interventions, drawing on your project management, critical thinking, patient education and engagement knowledge, and creativity to support strategic initiatives and build scalable programs and processes. Your work will include driving the creation of a more robust asynchronous experience with our members in addition to creating virtual educational programs that can be deployed by our clinical team to augment our core interventions. WHAT YOU’VE DONE 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical operations, consulting, health tech, or a high-growth start-up environment, preferably focused on member engagement and education. 2+ years first-hand clinical experience as a nurse, social worker, or other discipline. Developed and implemented engaging educational content/programming for others in different channels (written, video, etc) paying close attention to literacy levels, messaging, and context. Developed and implemented operational strategies that drive patient engagement. You’ve successfully planned and managed cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Fast learner of new technologies Nice to have: experience with business intelligence tools (i.e. Looker), CRM or EHR system, or similar technology product WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS Act with our members in mind. You have experience working at a start-up or are excited about transitioning to a start-up environment. Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with internal partners through effective stakeholder management. Operational orientation. Improving programs is second nature for you. You have a track record for building repeatable, reliable, and efficient processes in healthcare strategy and operations, or related fields. Grit. You’re never afraid to get your hands dirty, Tech-Savvy. We are a technology company focused on interacting with folks during the season when they need it most. Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records, or comfort in learning new technology is important.. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $125,000- $140,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. We recognize a history of inequality in healthcare.
