About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth and success of our strategic partnerships with tier-1 global customers including North America industry leaders. The AM will be responsible for nurturing executive-level relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic account management and customer success. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executive and operational stakeholders. • Develop and execute account strategies, business plans, and sales forecasts to achieve growth and profitability goals. • Identify and drive new business opportunities by aligning customer needs with company solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to deliver seamless execution and customer satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies to provide insights and recommendations. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements in line with company policies. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering deep engagement and long-term partnerships. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the semiconductor, software solutions, or high-tech industry. • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic/global accounts in North America. • Strong network and existing relationships with tier-1 customers (e.g., AMD, Google, Intel, Meta). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel as required.
