Front-End Developer – Salesforce Federal Delivery (Cleared - Secret) Location: Remote/Hybrid (US-based, DC Metro Area). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA. Employment Type: This is a contingent role based upon a successful bid award. Role Summary: We are seeking a Front-End Developer who plays a key role in the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions, with a primary focus on high-impact user interfaces. This position requires a blend of technical mastery in modern web development and the ability to operate within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated Experience Cloud portals, dynamic forms, and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will work closely with Solution Architects and Program Managers to translate mission requirements into intuitive, scalable, and secure digital experiences for our most mission-critical customers. Responsibilities: UI Development: Lead the development of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and complex Experience Cloud interfaces tailored for Federal Public Sector initiatives. Portal Architecture: Design and implement secure, responsive portal structures and advanced forms that adhere to Federal standards and security requirements. Technical Collaboration: Partner with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure the technical success and seamless integration of front-end solutions. Platform Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, including Agentforce and Government Cloud Plus, to provide innovative front-end solutions for Federal clients. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all front-end code and technical documentation comply with Federal security and reporting requirements for Salesforce environments. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA resources to perform rigorous testing on all user-facing components, ensuring overall program success. Qualifications: US Citizenship required. Active Security Clearance required (Secret). 7-10+ years of IT development experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments. 3-5+ years of proven experience developing for Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Government Cloud Plus. Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 within the Salesforce ecosystem. AI & Automation: Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, particularly in building interfaces for autonomous agents. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in cleared environments. Education: Bachelor's degree required.
