A company is looking for a Research Operations Program Manager to design and improve systems for user and market research. Key Responsibilities • Design, scale, and govern systems and tools for efficient user and market research • Maintain and evolve a reliable research repository for insights • Lead participant operations, ensuring ethical and smooth execution Required Qualifications • 5+ years in program management, operations, or research enablement roles; 3+ years in Research Operations • Experience building and maintaining research systems in a tech environment • Deep understanding of participant operations and research logistics • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships • Demonstrated passion for nurturing team culture and supporting learning
