Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist at Thriveworks, you will provide compassionate and professional telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Kansas. This role is designed for licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact through remote mental health care, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive platform. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Kansas. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with the Thriveworks clinical team to ensure high-quality care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education in mental health. - You will provide empathetic support to clients navigating various mental health challenges. - You will manage your own schedule to optimize client engagement and work-life balance. What You Bring: - You hold a valid clinical license to practice therapy in Kansas. - You have at least 2 years of experience providing talk therapy or counseling. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with telehealth technology and comfortable delivering remote care. - You demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice model. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities. - Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
