Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist at Thriveworks, you will provide compassionate and professional telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Illinois. Your role is essential in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges while contributing to a larger movement aimed at improving mental health care accessibility and quality. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients across Illinois. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education to enhance your clinical skills. - You will provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. - You will contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. What You Bring: - You hold a valid Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). - You have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and are comfortable using digital platforms for therapy sessions. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated and able to manage your schedule effectively in a remote work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. - Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic modalities. - Experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice setting. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
