Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will provide compassionate and professional telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Oklahoma. Your role is vital in helping individuals navigate mental health challenges while contributing to Thriveworks’ mission of transforming mental health care. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Oklahoma. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. - You will collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education in mental health. - You will provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. - You will uphold ethical standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You hold a valid clinical license to practice therapy in Oklahoma. - You have at least 2 years of experience providing therapy services. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and comfort with virtual platforms. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues. - Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.
