Job Title: Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service Company Overview: Thriveworks is a leading mental health and wellness company dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality therapy services through innovative telehealth platforms. Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, client-centered telehealth therapy sessions to individuals in Georgia. This role is designed for licensed clinicians passionate about making a meaningful impact on mental health while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. What You'll Do: - You will conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. - You will collaborate with the Thriveworks team to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. - You will manage your schedule to offer at least 25 hours of client availability per week. - You will uphold confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements related to telehealth services. - You will engage in outreach and client engagement activities to support practice growth. What You Bring: - You hold a current and valid license to practice therapy in the state of Georgia. - You have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing talk therapy. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients remotely. - You are proficient with telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - You demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy setting. - Specialized training or certification in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations. - Experience with fee-for-service billing models.
