Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will deliver compassionate and effective telehealth therapy sessions to clients in New Jersey. This role is designed for licensed clinicians passionate about making a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and a fee-for-service compensation model. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with the Thriveworks team to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. - You will manage your schedule to provide at least 25 hours of client availability per week. - You will uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions. What You Bring: - You hold a valid clinical license to practice therapy in New Jersey. - You have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing talk therapy or counseling services. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients remotely. - You are proficient with telehealth technology and comfortable delivering virtual therapy sessions. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for clinical documentation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice environment. - Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR). - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations. - Prior experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
