Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist at Thriveworks, you will provide high-quality telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Oregon. This role is designed for licensed clinicians passionate about making a meaningful impact through remote mental health care. You will play a key role in expanding access to therapy while benefiting from a supportive and flexible work environment. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Oregon. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. - You will manage your schedule to provide at least 25 hours of client availability per week. - You will engage in outreach and client engagement activities to support practice growth. What You Bring: - You hold a current and valid clinical license to practice therapy in Oregon. - You have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing talk therapy or counseling services. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and are comfortable using digital platforms. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues. - Additional certifications or training in specialized therapy modalities. - Prior experience in a fee-for-service or private practice environment. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
