Job Title: Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service Company Overview: Thriveworks is a leading mental health and wellness company dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality therapy services through innovative telehealth platforms. Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will deliver compassionate and effective telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Oregon. This role is designed for licensed clinicians passionate about making a meaningful impact through flexible, remote work while receiving support and incentives to grow their practice. What You'll Do: - You will conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with the Thriveworks team to enhance client care and share best practices. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. - You will manage your schedule to provide at least 25 hours of client availability per week. - You will engage in outreach and client retention efforts to build a thriving telehealth practice. What You Bring: - You hold a current and valid clinical license to practice therapy in Oregon. - You have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing talk therapy or counseling services. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and are comfortable using digital platforms for therapy delivery. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients remotely. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues. - Additional certifications or training in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR). - Prior experience in a fee-for-service or private practice setting. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth compliance standards.
