Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will provide compassionate and effective telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Delaware. Your role is vital in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges while contributing to Thriveworks’ mission of transforming mental health care. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients, ensuring a supportive and professional environment. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. - You will collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to enhance client care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education to provide evidence-based therapy. - You will manage your schedule independently while meeting client needs effectively. - You will provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. What You Bring: - You hold a valid and active clinical license to practice therapy in Delaware. - You have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing talk therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You are proficient with telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. - Additional certifications or training in specialized therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR. - Previous experience in a fee-for-service or private practice environment. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural populations.
