Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Illinois, helping them navigate mental health challenges and improve their well-being. This role is designed for compassionate, skilled clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Illinois. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education in mental health care. - You will provide empathetic support and guidance to clients to foster positive outcomes. - You will manage your schedule independently to meet client needs effectively. What You Bring: - You hold a valid Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. - You have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and are comfortable using digital platforms. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. - Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic modalities. - Prior experience in a fee-for-service or private practice environment. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
