Job Title: Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service Company Overview: Thriveworks is a leading mental health care provider dedicated to transforming the way therapy is delivered. Role Overview: As a Remote Licensed Talk Therapist, you will provide compassionate and professional telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Indiana. Your role is vital in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges while contributing to Thriveworks’ mission of accessible, high-quality care. What You'll Do: - You will conduct confidential telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Indiana. - You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. - You will stay current with best practices and continuing education in mental health therapy. - You will provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. - You will contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. What You Bring: - You hold a valid Indiana license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). - You have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services. - You possess strong telehealth technology skills and are comfortable using digital platforms. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are committed to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice setting. - Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT). - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations. - Prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery.
