Role Overview: As an LMHC Associate at Thriveworks, you will provide essential mental health services to clients in Washington, utilizing a flexible mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role supports your journey toward full licensure while delivering compassionate care. What You'll Do: - You will conduct individual therapy sessions remotely or in-person, adapting to client needs. - You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and state regulations. - You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to advance your licensure. - You will manage your schedule to provide at least 25 hours of client availability per week. - You will engage in outreach and client retention efforts to support practice growth. - You will adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all client interactions.
