Join Thriveworks as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, where you can provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in a supportive environment. This position offers a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who commit to 25+ hours of availability weekly. Your Role We are seeking independently licensed clinicians excited to make a difference and eager to grow with us. We especially welcome: • Providers committed to seeing 25+ clients each week • Behavioral health generalists interested in working with couples and children—with our full support • Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying teamwork • Individuals interested in leadership or supervisory positions • Those who prioritize integrity, transparency, and a commitment to high-quality care Requirements: • Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts • Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation: Up to $124,300, determined by licensure type, session volume, and potential bonuses.
