Bachelor's degree with 4-6+ years of data analytics or reporting experience, strong analytical and financial skills, ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple functional areas.
The data and reporting analyst assists in the collection, analysis and reporting of data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance within company standards. The individual will create and maintain Advice & Planning data and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This role will be primarily focused on Dedicated Planning Services (DPS) data but will assist with Advice & Planning broader data analysis as needed. The individual will analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights so stakeholders including engagement teams so they can coach and solve any issues to drive further advice adoption. The individual will also own DPS reports and dashboards to ensure clear visualization and that data is accessible to the end user. This can be a remote position within the US. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Defines, develops, and provides information and analysis to drive and support decision-making for moderately complex processes and business operations for internal and external customers. Ensures data quality, integrity, and security. Collaborates with key partners including other data & analytics teams to ensure data is being interpreted correctly. Make data accessible for stakeholders where applicable to create self-service data. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for Dedicated Planning Services (and broader Advice dashboards as needed). Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Develop and implement reporting processes including working monthly with finance and other partners to ensure data is reporting accurately throughout the enterprise. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards. Responsible for tracking & reporting the on-going performance of DPS (e.g., quantity of plans, revenue, fees, renewals, advisor productivity, etc.) as well as modeling or forecasting scenarios to inform future prioritization Assists in defining, developing, and providing information and analysis to drive and support decision-making for moderately complex processes and business operations for internal and external customers. The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $69,053.00 - $93,425.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
