High school diploma or equivalent, FINRA Series 6, experience in customer interactions, and bilingual ability are required.
Job Description: • Provide a call experience that doesn't rely on a script • Build rapport with callers of diverse backgrounds • Navigate multiple systems while engaging callers • Focus on quality and first-call resolution • Assist clients in achieving financial clarity Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-Secondary education is preferred • Annuity experience preferred • FINRA Series 6 required • Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution. • Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!
