Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights to internal and external audiences (executive leadership, funders, and partners). Prepare regular summary reports highlighting longitudinal outcomes, impact metrics, and areas for program improvement. Partner with the Development and Communications teams to translate data into compelling impact stories and visuals for grant proposals, reports, and marketing materials. Process Improvement & Collaboration Recommend and implement process improvements for data integrity, automation, and efficiency. Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on alumni data management and reporting. Support cross-team efforts to integrate alumni outcome data with program evaluation frameworks.
