Senior Recruiting Partner – Hospital Leadership Focus Location: Remote Department: Talent Acquisition – Clinical Support Recruiting Reports to: Manager, Recruiting – General Practice & Urgent Care FLSA Status: Exempt About the Opportunity We’re excited to share a new opportunity for Senior Recruiting Partner for General Practice & Urgent Care – focus Hospital Leadership. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter who is ready to take the next step by specializing in field leadership roles for Veterinary Medical Directors and providing support for high-level General Practice and Urgent Care Veterinarian openings. As a trusted partner to leadership, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for key clinical roles, leveraging strong relationships, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top veterinary talent across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Medical Director searches, collaborating closely with Operations and Medical leadership teams. • Serve as SME (subject matter expert) and resource for peers & participate in recruitment knowledge sharing best practices – leading by example. • Build and maintain relationships with veterinary professionals to create a proactive talent pipeline. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview strategies. • Maintain current information on the hospitals supported to have the ability to focus on quality hires, with the goal of hiring the right person in the right opportunity. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and personalized engagement. • Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Manage the recruiting process to succeed with hiring goals through effective resource management, including efficient use of the ATS and CRM. Strong negotiation skills. • Manage, support, and promote full cycle recruiting roles on a regular basis, opening and managing requisitions, posting, and the candidate workflow. • Track and report on recruiting activities / metrics, and meet or exceed regular hiring targets. • Nurture network and develop referrals from potential, internal, and recent hires. • Represent the organization at virtual and in-person veterinary events as needed. • Be a Thrive ambassador and lead generator at various events. • Lead or collaborate on special projects to support team and organizational goals. • Recruiter back-up for team’s PTO. Eligibility & Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, veterinary, or medical sectors. • Proven success recruiting for senior-level clinical or leadership roles. • Experience partnering with senior field leaders (e.g., Regional Operations Directors, VPOs) • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to conduct structured intake calls, manage multiple requisitions, and adjust quickly to shifting priorities • Must be able to support hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones Why This Role?
