HOW HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ROLE THRIVE is a marketing company. We are looking to hire for our transfer agent position. As a transfer agent, your responsibility is to pre screen incoming calls from potential clients. Once screened you will transfer the call to a licensed agent to do a plan review with the client. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT: • YOU MUST HAVE A COMPUTER WITH 8GB OF RAM • HEADSET • YOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME MON-FRIDAY FROM 9AM-6PM EST • MUST HAVE A DISTRACTION FREE ENVIRONMENT. • MUST SOUND PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONES We foster a positive work environment where everyone on the team builds one another up.
