Digital Strategy ManagerAbout the Role:You will serve as a client leader, project manager, and strategist contributing to targeted digital advertising and marketing efforts on behalf of some of the country's most prominent companies, trade associations, non-profits, and advocacy organizations. In this role, you will counsel clients on the implementation of and best practices for the company's products, such as digital strategy and reporting, across their corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing campaigns. Your strategic recommendations, performance reports, and data-driven analysis will directly impact client outcomes. You will work with a talented team of senior communications professionals, digital marketing and media strategists, client associates, data scientists, and analysts who, together, drive outcomes for high-profile clients.What You'll Do:Serve as a day-to-day client contact and digital leader on 8-12 client accounts. Work directly with a Senior Managing Director to service accounts with support of a project manager and cross-functional team members Manage up to senior stakeholders and mentor team members Lead client delivery process; coordinate internally and with external partners and clients to ensure deliverables are completed to high standardsCollaborate cross-functionally to build and execute digital paid media plans and budgets that achieve the goals of major corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing campaigns Produce strategic, insightful, polished and error-free digital advertising reports (analytics snapshots, etc.) and present them to clients when needed Communicate clearly, comfortably, and expertly with clients at various levels about the company's product offerings, verbally and in written formBring intellectual curiosity to help clients tackle complex challengesExperiences and Capabilities You Bring:4+ years of digital advertising experience in public affairs, corporate, or B2B marketing; agency experience strongly preferred Demonstrated comfort managing relationships with client stakeholdersExperience working with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, and Twitter AdsA thorough understanding of best practices for measuring and reporting on the performance of persuasion, brand awareness, and direct response digital advertising campaignsExperience producing intuitive, client-ready business memos and decks that shape strategyPassion for coaching and empowering junior team members, and collaborating with colleagues representing various areas of expertiseStrong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environmentSuccess managing multiple tight timelines while maintaining a cool confidenceExcellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detailProficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelAn energetic, upbeat disposition and excellent sense of humorThis is a hybrid role.
