Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager, eCommerce is a strategic and execution-focused role who will help lead the evolution of our eCommerce platform and connected digital experiences. Reporting to the VP of Product, with dotted line to the Senior Director, eCommerce, this role will drive the prioritization, development, and optimization of features that creates a best-in-class digital customer journey and enable performance-driven marketing. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the roadmap and day-to-day leadership of site functionality, integrations, and platform tools that power both our online storefront and marketing experiences. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met, campaigns are enabled, and platforms are connected for continuous growth. This is a remote position. Responsibilities * Product Leadership * Partner with senior leadership to drive and execute product vision and strategy from concept to launch for the thorne.com experience and integrated digital capabilities that support business growth. * Own product roadmap and backlog, defining and managing feature requirements, test plans, and success metrics across core eCommerce journeys (PLP, PDP, checkout, post-purchase) and customer engagement tools (personalization). * Lead discovery and prioritization efforts to solve user pain points and enable marketing strategies. * Partner with stakeholders to ensure that performance-focused campaigns and content can be efficiently supported through connected systems. * Cross-Functional Execution * Ensure digital tools and integrations are fully leveraged by identifying underutilized capabilities, simplifying workflows, and unlocking incremental business. * Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, build, and launch features that enhance user experience and drive results. * Serve as the point of contact for platform requests and technical integrations that span site functionality and campaign support. * Partner with Technical Program Management to shape standards of excellence around QA and delivery processes with a strong focus on execution, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. * Support the evaluation of emerging tools, platforms, and partners that can enhance the digital experience, improve operational efficiency, or unlock new growth opportunities. * Data-Informed Optimization * Analyze site performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization, new features, and improved conversion. * Drive improvements in site visibility, discoverability, and content performance by partnering across SEO/AEO, content, and Engineering to identify high-impact opportunities and lead implementation across systems and workflows. * Partner with Analytics and Engineering to ensure reliable data collection and tracking across the digital stack. * Contribute to A/B testing plans, experiment design, and platform-level enhancements What You Need * Bachelor's Degree * 6-8+ years of consumer product management experience, ideally in eCommerce at a modern DTC company * 1-2 years of people management experience is a plus * Strong understanding of site UX, customer journeys, and digital merchandising * Technical fluency & experience working closely with engineering teams * Familiarity with platforms that support content management, testing, analytics, personalization, and email/SMS marketing * Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and delivery in a fast-paced environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex needs into clear product requirements * Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously What We Offer * Competitive compensation * 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees * Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance * Company- paid life insurance * 401k plan with employer matching contributions up to 4% * Gym membership reimbursement * Monthly allowance of Thorne supplements * Paid time off, volunteer time off and holiday leave * Training, professional development, and career growth opportunities Thorne is the leader in science-backed health and wellness solutions committed to helping individuals live healthier longer.
