Position Summary: This is a temporary contract role for a Maternity Leave cover. The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships and managing ongoing projects across Distributor, Professional Sales, and International (B2B) channels during leave coverage. This individual will ensure timely, accurate, and brand-consistent communications for B2B teams while driving engagement, marketing initiatives, and new product adoption. Serving as a stable point of contact, the role provides responsive and reliable marketing support to help B2B teams achieve their goals. This is a full time, 16 week contract beginning October 6th. Responsibilities • Collaborate with B2B teams to plan and execute promotions, landing pages, in-channel ads, webinars, and placements. • Manage communications for product launches, reformulations, price updates, and promotions (toolkits, timelines, asset requests, FAQs). • Run proactive distributor and professional sales communications (distributor alerts, product decks, promotional emails, etc). • Day-to-day marketing liaison for distributors, professional sales and international sales • Track and report on active campaigns, providing updates and insights to stakeholders. • Route approvals with Brand/Creative, Legal/Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support. • Maintain project plans; run a weekly cross-functional standup.
