Job Description Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Brentwood, TN Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team in Brentwood, TN. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.- Manage and prioritize incoming communications and requests.- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation Qualifications: - Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
