ThirdHome is the premiere luxury property and travel club that is synonymous with quality and trust. Launched in 2010, the club has grown to more than 30,000 members in 100+ countries. Our main headquarters are in Nashville, Tennessee, with additional offices in Marbella, Spain and The Gold Coast, Australia. Committed to remaining at the top of the luxury travel industry, the club provides its members and partners with access to an ever-increasing array of beautiful second homes all over the world. Following on from the success of our recently opened Australia office, ThirdHome is looking to expand our global footprint by increasing our presence in Southeast Asia. The company’s CEO and senior team spent 2 weeks in the region in November 2025. It was immediately apparent that the scope and opportunity for growth in the region is considerable. The club has now started relationships with 30+ potential partners most of which are high-end developers and developments in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The company now needs a Business Development Director to nurture and close these relationships to welcome more SE Asia properties and members to the club. While this will initially be a consultancy role, ThirdHome hopes that the business generated will necessitate a wider office and local team. The successful applicant will be expected to lead that office with the mandate to grow the club’s presence across the region. Role The successful applicant will have extensive experience in SE Asia, predominantly Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Japan. They will have built up a network of contacts and relationships in the high-end property, resort real estate and hospitality sectors and be well respected in region. Not only will you be expected to manage the relationship with all the developers that will be ThirdHome ‘s affiliate partners, but also you will have a good understanding of where all the hotspots are for the top second homes in the region with a strong strategy of how to reach the owners.
