We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer (Python/Django) to join our growing team and help build scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems. Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development Proficiency in Python and Django Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including experience with database optimization Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code-splitting, caching) Solid understanding of web application security best practices Nice to Have Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Django’s built-in tools Familiarity with Docker and modern DevOps practices Fully remote, flexible work environment Opportunity to work on international projects with modern tech stacks A supportive and collaborative team culture Growth opportunities and ongoing development
