We create spaces to empower everyone to speak up, make change, and drive the culture at AHEAD.AHEAD is seeking an innovative leader over the Managed Security delivery team to support strategic clients across the organization to drive strategy around various operational security services and solutions.This role will oversee and coordinate the activities of managed security personnel and implement security assessment and incident response protocols. Coach personnel on technical issues and verify that they follow all defined and implemented policies to ensure all components are functioning optimally. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years’ experience in IT Management or Operations Management in a multi-customer environmentHigh level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholdersProficient in Incident Management and ResponseExperience in security device management including SIEM (Elastic and AlienVault), EDR (Sophos, Crowdstrike, Elastic), Vulnerability Management (Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys) and other security toolsetsIn-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.Experience in threat managementKnowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, UnixKnowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security threats against the sameProficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentationExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in performing vendor managementAbility to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholdersGood Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skillsTrack record of strong leadershipDesired Educational and Certification Qualifications: CISSP, CCSP, GDAT, GCIA, GNFAAnalytical, relationship builder, change advocate, diplomacy, self-starter, planning and organization skillsIntegrity, enthusiastic, respectful, accountable, achieves excellence, and consistently delivers quality service to team members and customers alikeSuccessful experience with and affinity for small to large size business environmentsAbility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment Benefits: USA Employment Benefits include:- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- 401(k)- Paid company holidays- Paid time off- Paid parental and caregiver leave- Plus more!
