Responsibilities • Assist in the creation and dissemination of communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements. • Support social media strategy and management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers. • Coordinate and assist with planning company events, meetings, and promotional activities. • Conduct research on industry trends and target audiences to support outreach efforts. • Help maintain and update the organization’s website and online content for accuracy and relevance. • Monitor media coverage and generate reports on public relations efforts to assess impact. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels. Skills Required • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
