10+ years in business development or consulting sales with 3+ years in sales leadership, strong CRM skills, and ability to influence at executive levels.

Reporting directly into our MD, USA we are looking for someone who can own, build, and lead a pipeline. Someone who gets how to land and expand, who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds, and who thrives on unlocking commercial outcomes with clarity and speed. If you’ve got serious sales chops, a high EQ, and a strategic lens, this is your next move. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and broader team to drive new business, deepen partnerships, and turn conversations into commercial success. What you’ll be doing: • Identify and win high-value opportunities across new and existing clients. • Build repeatable sales systems and strategies that scale with our ambition. • Own the creation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and client solutions that cut through the noise. • Be the trusted advisor and go-to relationship lead across a diverse client base. • Partner with executive stakeholders to design solutions that deliver measurable business value. • Help clients understand the full potential of working with Think & Grow, then help make it happen. • Coach and lead our Partnerships and Growth Managers, lifting capability, momentum, and conversion. • Collaborate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure seamless scoping and delivery of services. • Feed insights into service evolution, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies. • Own your pipeline with precision, maintaining CRM hygiene, deal progression, and documentation. • Forecast accurately and report confidently, internally and externally. • Ensure the team is equipped and enabled to deliver on what you’ve sold. You’re a natural closer with a curious mindset, combining strong commercial instincts with empathy. You thrive on helping businesses grow and get real energy from making an impact. Experience • 10+ years in business development, consulting sales or B2B service partnerships. • 3+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably within professional services, SaaS, or scale-up ecosystems. • Proven success in building and closing complex deals within professional service solutions.. Skills • Masterful communicator clear, confident, and able to influence at C-level. • Strategic operator, can see the long game and still execute the next step. • CRM native, lives in the data, uses insights to drive performance (HubSpot experience a plus). • High attention to detail with the ability to context-switch across deals, clients and teams.
