Thielenhaus Microfinish one of the leading supplier of customized and intelligent Microfinish/ Superfinish machines for large, medium or small businesses are in the market to bring a Field Service Manager onto our team in Novi. Job Description: - Formulate and implement a sales plan to achieve business objectives - Monitor, track, and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met - Schedule and participate in Service Outreach program to generate additional service revenue - Develop and implement service growth strategies, example: machine inspection program · Customer responsibilities - Interface with sales, sales and distribution, and engineering to resolve any open issues during the quoting phase - Generate service quote & maintain strong communication with the customer and follow-up - Generate and process sales orders - Manage customer order list for services - Maintain and update customer accounts in collaboration with sales and accounting Resource Planning: - Train, select and supervise employees to attain optimum performance in the day-to-day operations - Providing training and coaching to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills - Schedule service personnel in accordance with customer’s needs - Maintain after hours customer support - Responsible for the Service department functions including billable service, warranty service, rebuilds/retools service, and machine installation · Close out and bill completed jobs · Responsible for conducting warranty review meetings per the procedure and reporting results and action plans to management · Maintain records to document service issues on our equipment Quality: - Take process ownership in Thielenhaus Microfinish Corp. quality system - Maintain service procedure and ensure compliance - Ensure all activities of the department comply with legal demands and ethical standards · Participate in weekly service meetings · Participate in wrap up review meetings · Participate with annual audits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Do you have at least 2 to 3 Years of Field Service Management experience • Do You Have Field Service Management in a Manufacturing/Machining Environment Work Location: In person
