Role Overview: The Client Partner is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring delivery certainty, and managing the overall customer experience at an executive level. Key Responsibilities: • Understand the Hub-Spoke Data & Analytics (D&A) setup of the business. • Evaluate emerging business situations. • Define business problems and determine root causes. • Create alternative solutions and communicate actions assertively. • Structure strategic and operational implementation to maximize organizational performance. • Own quarterly revenue targets, share prompt action plans, and develop strategies for future quarters. • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and an inquisitive mindset to influence executive stakeholders and accelerate achievement of business strategy. • Communicate for impact with senior leadership by telling a compelling story through data. • Drive thought leadership and innovation to accelerate business growth and deliver customer value. • Establish and maintain a calendar of topics at least two quarters in advance. • Collect, review, and ensure presentation content effectively communicates desired outcomes to senior leaders. • Build and maintain a yearly calendar of topics aligned with governance responsibilities. • Facilitate monthly governance meetings and ensure action items are logged, tracked, and closed before due dates. • Provide bi-weekly stakeholder updates on work status and delivery timelines. • Exhibit strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and excellent communication. Qualifications: • 10–15 years of IT industry experience, preferably in BFSI domain, with strong understanding of Data & Analytics. • Proven experience in large Data & Analytics program management, business growth, and CxO relationship management. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • Expertise across the Data & Analytics stack, including: • Layered data architecture, cloud data migration, model development, reporting analytics. • ML Ops, AI Engineering, and exposure to Gen AI platforms/tools (e.g., SageMaker, Gemini, Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot). • Python for Data Science. • Contact center products and workforce management. • Tools like Snowflake, DBT, Informatica. • Strong senior business and IT stakeholder management skills. • Assertive communication and ability to align initiatives with overall D&A vision and strategy. • Experience creating executive-level presentations.
