Job Description: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for the Immunology, Inflammatory and/or Dermatology book of business, driving business expansion through pipeline analysis, market assessment, and enterprise collaboration • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of therapeutic studies, portfolios, and client engagements • Maintain expertise in the evolving scientific, clinical, and regulatory landscape for immunology, inflammatory and/or dermatology therapeutic areas • Collaborate with other leaders to leverage synergies across related therapeutic areas, driving operational efficiency and innovation in study delivery and scientific approaches • Partner with Business Development to retain and expand key client relationships • Ensure effective management of budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets across programs • Serve as a senior point of contact and executive escalation for key clients, representing the TBU with professionalism, credibility, and scientific integrity • Mentor and develop therapeutic area talent, foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation across global teams • Engage with key opinion leaders, industry consortia, and advocacy networks to strengthen CRG’s leadership and partnerships in immunology, inflammatory and dermatology research Requirements: • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline preferred; advanced immunology, inflammatory and/or dermatology background strongly preferred • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15+ years) • 8+ years of management responsibilities • Deep and current knowledge of the scientific, clinical, regulatory, and competitive landscape related to the therapeutic areas • Strong global awareness and understanding of the development and delivery environment within therapeutic areas • Proven commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategies into therapeutic business unit profitability and sustainable growth • Demonstrated executive presence, gravitas, and strategic influence across complex stakeholder networks • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead high performing, global cross-functional teams through change and growth • Strong customer management skills, including the ability to engage at the executive level, navigate complex negotiations, and drive impactful client outcomes • In-depth understanding of the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, clinical trial operations, and data-driven decision-making • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including excellent command of the English language • Demonstrated critical thinking, learning agility and commitment to continuous professional growth • Ability to travel up to 50% Benefits: • A choice of national medical and dental plans, and a national vision plan, including health incentive programs • Employee assistance and family support programs, including commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement • At least 120 hours paid time off (PTO), 10 paid holidays annually, paid parental leave (3 weeks for bonding and 8 weeks for caregiver leave), accident and life insurance, and short- and long-term disability in accordance with company policy • Retirement and savings programs, such as our competitive 401(k) U.S. retirement savings plan • Employees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers eligible colleagues the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount
