Lead and support communication strategies and projects for organizational change and employee engagement, managing content and collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in corporate communications with change management focus, strong writing and project management skills, and technological proficiency with Microsoft tools.
Description: • Support Global Client Services and Planning as primary communication contact at strategic and tactical levels. • Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness and Culture lead to support the deployment of communications strategy, processes, and playbooks. • Effectively lead projects to develop, deploy, and train the workforce in organizational change and communication standard methodologies. • Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content. • Help with GCS&P iConnect on SharePoint and manage the group's social content strategy through Office 365 apps like Viva Engage. • Experience crafting messaging, collaborating with teams, supporting engagement, leading projects. • Develop concise, persuasive, and engaging messaging that clearly conveys mission and work importance. • Conduct assessments, action the strategy, manage collaborators, develop communication materials, and ensure effective deployment of the plans. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related field. • Change Management certification preferred. • Minimum 5 years of dynamic experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement initiatives. • Skilled in writing and editing content; creative with persuasive abilities and adept at simplifying complex ideas. • Technologically savvy (i.e., AI tools, Microsoft products, SharePoint, Viva Engage, efficiency apps, etc.) with a keen understanding of all types of communication channels. • Proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities. • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels in an organization. • Sound and strategic problem-solving skills. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Highly self-motivated, receptive to feedback, sense of humor, positive demeanor, and flexible. • COVID-19 vaccination disclosure required for U.S. colleagues; may be required to be vaccinated depending on role.
