Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Strategic Account Partner Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely and coordinated processing of incoming requests for proposal and quotes, query resolution relating to new and existing quote activities, peer reviews of generated proposals versus client requests details, and the ongoing management and maintenance of specific Salesforce activities with respect to specified accounts. The work will be performed by working independently and in close collaboration with the assigned Global Relationship Director (GRD), directly with assigned clients, global quoting functions and with members of a Fisher Clinical Services (FCS) and / or Pharma Services Group (PSG) project teams, CSOS, and any Subject Matter Experts that may be required. Responsibilities: • Manage client-specific inbox, ensuring timely acknowledgement and issuance of responses to quotation requests. • Accurate maintenance of quotation tracker, documenting actions and responsibilities. • Allocate tasks, queries, and critical issues to the Global Relationship Director (GRD). • Review incoming requests and ensure adequacy of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for submission. • Forward "New Study" requests to the GRD for preparation. • Conduct reviews of Change Orders, and proposals prepared related to ‘Programme Extensions’ and ‘AQUIRe Activities’ prior to issuance to client • Facilitate distribution of quotes to clients for approval • Maintain the PO mailbox, identifying received Purchase Orders (POs) and progressing opportunities to "Closed-Won" status. • Handle inquiries and raise concerns to the GRD and other team members if required. • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations. • Advise and mentor clients on the efficient use of Fisher Clinical Services capabilities. • Participate in activities, such as teleconferences, to gather information for comprehensive price quotations. • Support Quotes Specialists in creating or amending quotes and Change Orders, ensuring high-quality output. • Analyze and trend quoting issues, supporting solution development and delivery of training. • Assist in training new employees on client-specific quotation processes. • Undertake other duties as requested by line management in support of designated accounts. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience with high school diploma required. • Experience in writing business proposals and technical documents, specifically for clients. • Ideally, more than 2 years of experience within CTD in an operational or customer service role. • Proven experience in managing workload, prioritization, and adaptability. • Ability to meet timelines and offer support to meet client needs. • Excellent attention to detail and experience in data analysis and translation. • Proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions. • Robust IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility to evolving business needs.
