As a program leader, you'll coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects that directly impact scientific advancement and customer success. You'll manage strategic programs from inception through successful delivery, ensuring thorough execution while fostering collaboration across functional teams. In this position, you'll develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels. You'll identify and address risks while promoting accountability across the organization. Your strategic approach and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Keys to Success: Education and Experience Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in program/project management leading complex technical initiatives Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred SAFe or Agile certifications are advantageous Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs with significant business impact Strong technical knowledge of regulated product development processes and quality systems Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to influence and promote accountability in matrix environments Experience in building consensus and resolving conflicts effectively Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking Ability to adapt leadership approach based on the situation and audience Experience managing external partner/vendor relationships Strategic approach with the ability to align programs to business objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Collaborative team member with a constructive approach Self-directed with the ability to work independently Benefits: We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
