Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Discover Impactful Work: The Senior Manager for Cloud Security has global responsibility for a team of dedicated engineers in charge of running, maintaining, and supporting solutions crafted to protect, detect and respond to security threats in our multi-cloud environment. A Day in the Life: • Lead a team of cloud security engineers, and identify critical areas for improvement in the technology used within cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure • Continuously providing insight on ways to apply the technology present more efficiently • The primary point of responsibility in cloud security efficiency in terms of ensuring its running according to governance and compliance policies Keys to Success: • Use of influence skills to acquire agreement and participation from various groups and partners without direct control • Ensure documentation and processes are well defined so that the engineered solutions are understood and repeatable • Ensure solutions are well built, backed up & restore tested, and consistently maintained for health • Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business on maintaining our security posture. Education • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted • Certifications not required, but encouraged: CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP related certifications • Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities Experience • 5+ years of leadership experience directing a team • 3+ years proven experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP • Strong organization skills, leading sophisticated projects Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong problem-solving in both ambiguous and tactical situations with a bias for action • Validated flexibility and ability to perform in a multidimensional environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Dedication to excellence, high-quality standards, and attention to detail Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $130,000.00–$185,499.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
