DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Director of Global Technical Solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will support revenue growth and market leadership across our innovative portfolio of scientific products and solutions. You will shape and execute the global strategy for Bioproduction technical solutions—ensuring that our technologies, people, and processes empower customers to accelerate biologics innovation and manufacturing. Working in a collaborative matrix environment, you'll partner across divisions and regions to deliver exceptional value to our customers. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in life sciences or related field • Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional, matrixed technical teams • Strong record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and supporting profitable growth • Experience engaging directly with customers for technical and application development programs • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience and ability to develop/execute commercial strategies • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level customer relationships • Excellence in sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Strategic thinking with ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics • Experience working with multiple sales channels including direct, distribution, and e-commerce • Proven ability to develop and mentor global teams of technical experts and leaders • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and divisions globally • Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems and business analytics • Travel up to 50% required Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $205,400.00–$295,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
