REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in IT with 3+ years in people management/leadership roles • Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field • Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile, etc.) highly valued • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, enterprise applications and supply chain management • Demonstrated success managing IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.) and ensuring compliance • Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, IT security best practices, and risk management • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships across functions • Strong budget management and resource planning capabilities • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern IT architectures • Change management expertise and ability to drive organizational transformation • Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps) • Travel may be required up to 25% Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in District of Columbia is $113,500.00–$151,300.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
