We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Marketing Automation & Email to join our team remotely in the US. About the Role: As the Senior Manager of Marketing Automation & Email, you will lead our global team to plan, execute, and deliver impactful email campaigns. You will own the strategy, governance, and execution of marketing automation across various regions and business units. Your goal will be to ensure scalable, measurable, and customer-centric campaigns that drive results. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of program managers, automation specialists, and offshore partners. Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build trust and relationships across the marketing organization. Strategy & Execution: Define and own the global strategy for email and marketing automation, aligning with broader marketing and business objectives. Partner with business marketers to enable high-performing, scalable campaigns. Oversee campaign execution and ensure best practices are applied consistently. Utilize AI to optimize processes and enhance email channel capabilities. Technology & Operations: Serve as the expert on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Eloqua, ensuring effective use of segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics. Drive the adoption and integration of new technology and data solutions. Establish governance, compliance, and standards for email marketing and marketing automation. Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for campaign performance and customer engagement. Promote a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve personalization and campaign ROI. Work with the data team to refine audience segmentation and enhance lead flow quality. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing shared service or centralized operations teams across global organizations. Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Oracle Eloqua; experience with other marketing/data platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, CDPs, etc.) is a plus. Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.). Ability to work across complex organizations, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational support. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $118,100.00–$158,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
