Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Senior Business Analyst partners with business group system and application owners to identify and disposition deprecated systems in alignment with enterprise lifecycle policy. This role facilitates remediation planning, tracks execution of replacement infrastructure, and ensures timely decommissioning of legacy assets. The analyst drives multi-functional coordination to maintain infrastructure compliance, reduce risk, and support service continuity. Responsibilities Drive ongoing customer engagement through clear, timely communications and regular updates. Facilitate meetings with business and technical partners to collect server details and define remediation strategies. Accurately document server data, disposition decisions, and remediation plans. Maintain and continuously update project tracking tools (primarily Excel) to supervise progress and status. Proactively identify, assess, and call out program risks, and develop remediation strategies as needed. Communicate key risks, issues, and project status updates to program leadership and team members. Foster strong relationships with internal business and technology partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business analysis or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in large-scale IT programs or enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to manage complex Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) efforts in a global organization. Strong analytical thinking, tactical execution, and structured problem-solving capabilities. Proven track record in planning, coordination, and multi-functional leadership. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Excel and developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations. Experience building and managing dashboards in Power BI.
