Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with our sales objectives and target market. Lead partnership development efforts, including initial contact, relationship building, and negotiation of partnership terms and agreements. Collaborate closely with internal partners to align partnership objectives with business goals and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Keys to Success: Find opportunities for mutual collaboration and partnership alignment and work collaboratively to develop strategies that drive shared business objectives. Extensive knowledge of customer preferences with a skill to pinpoint customer needs, market shifts, and apply insights to support key endeavors. Engage in teamwork with a variety of departments, like sales, product, global marketing, training, and operations, to harmonize marketing initiatives with business targets and uphold unified messaging and brand recognition. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to uncover partnership opportunities and emerging market trends. Develop a strategic partnership pipeline, prioritizing opportunities based on strategic fit, potential impact, and alignment with organizational goals. Track and measure partnership performance making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or business development in diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals preferred. Demonstrated history of spearheading effective customer-focused projects that influence business outcomes. Strong comprehension of the healthcare environment, trends, and obstacles in diagnostics is desirable. Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms. Experience in clinician engagement preferred. Skills & Abilities: Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including occasional weekends and international travel. Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns. Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.
