A Day in the life Orchestrate end-to-end event execution—owning everything from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to onsite management and post-event analysis. Partner with Marketing Managers across Business Units and the Regional Marketing Team from initial planning through post-show follow-up. Coordinate with Marcom partners on event promotional tactics Collaborate with exhibit houses to ensure booth properties, instrumentation, and materials arrive on time and on point. Lead precise planning, logistics, and budgeting to develop impactful and efficient events. Develop and implement engagement tactics that deepen relationships with customers, partners, and prospects. Serve as the face of our brand on-site, leading flawless event delivery and memorable guest experiences. Keys to Success Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Professional development evidenced by a Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) designation preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in meeting planning and trade show/conference coordination. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to quickly adapt, plan, prioritize, and lead multiple event projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in budget creation, reconciliation, and ROI-focused planning. The ability to thrive independently in a remote environment, with unmatched self-motivation, attention to detail, and a strong team-player approach. A passion for crafting immersive, engaging events that spark connection and fuel business growth. Ability to use computer equipment including Microsoft Office, Eloqua, PowerBI, and Smartsheet. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability to change.
