Description: • Provides strategic direction across all therapeutic areas and other divisions and business units across PPD • Collaborates and influences functional leads and other key internal stakeholders on operational and strategic priorities • Monitors and influences internal operations to minimize risk and maximize client satisfaction • Responsible for achieving overall partnership financial and operational goals • Communicates partnership expectations, applicable corporate goals, key client specific updates, etc. • Creates, compiles and manages operational, quality and financial standards • Partners with cross functional leadership on the continuous development and improvement of business processes • Develops excellent working relationships with internal colleagues and leaders Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15+ years) • 8+ years of management responsibility • Advanced leadership skills • Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to fulfil partnership goals • Strong financial acumen • Proficient knowledge of project management principles and application • Proficient knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management • Understanding of regulatory guidelines and directives • Proficient marketing and negotiation skills Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
