What will you do? Create Content: Write for websites, email, digital ads, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to align messaging with strategy. Optimize: Use customer insights and performance data to refine content. Thought Leadership: Contribute to sector-specific content that positions us as an industry leader. Innovate: Explore new content approaches to boost engagement and lead generation. Stay Current: Track biotech and biopharma trends to ensure relevance. Experience: Experienced in content marketing or copywriting. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological science preferred and/or experience working in biotechnology, biopharma, diagnostics, or healthcare companies. Formal training and experience as a content writer or editor. Experience writing engaging copy for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Familiarity with marketing principles, tactics, and common procedures on digital and traditional channels is strongly desired. Experience producing in-depth content for a drug development or diagnostics audience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strategic mentality. Resourceful, creative, and pragmatic approach to content creation. Show agility and adapt to change while maintaining focus on longer-term goals Strong storytelling ability, with a background in biotech or biopharma sectors. Understanding of marketing processes, the user experience and demand generation. Ability to influence and lead teams towards achieving common goals. Proficiency with utilization of generative AI for content creation is a plus. Strong interpersonal skill and collaborative work style suited to working in highly matrixed and global organizations. Analytical skills and critical thinker are highly valued. Highly organized and diligent, capable of balancing multiple priorities without missing deadlines. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$108,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
