Discover Impactful Work: As a Development Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across the site by owning and managing demand planning, inventory strategies, and production requests. You will act as the central point of contact for your assigned department, driving alignment through planning processes and ensuring successful delivery against customer commitments. A Day in the Life: • Own and manage demand plans, inventory strategies, and production requests to meet site deliverables • Facilitate production planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment across teams • Communicate planning outputs, updates, and risks to site leadership • Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction What You’ll Do: • Develop and manage allocation of finished goods, bulk products, and supporting materials • Optimize workflows to balance customer service levels, inventory investment, and plant efficiency • Leverage systems (e.g., SAP, Planet Together) to build forecasts and planning assumptions • Act as the central planning lead for an assigned project portfolio • Build strong, relationship-based partnerships across cross-functional teams Keys to Success: Education • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred Experience • 1+ year of professional experience in a manufacturing or related environment required • Supply chain planning and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP or similar tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Motivated self-starter with attention to detail Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered. Work Environment: • Schedule: Standard (Monday–Friday) • Environment: Office-based Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
