Job Description: • Scale OneForma globally • Own the product vision, strategy, and execution • Process millions of expert interactions across global markets • Power real-time AI-driven matching and workflow orchestration • Ensure enterprise-grade security for AI data • Support autonomous payments and compliance across 100+ countries • Architect next-gen matching algorithms for AI projects with expert talent • Build scalable architecture for high transaction volume • Drive metrics and governance to improve performance at scale • Lead product teams to deliver enterprise-grade features • Partner with executive leadership on strategy and roadmap. Requirements: • 10+ years of product experience with increasing leadership responsibilities • 5+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations at Senior Director or equivalent level • Proven success scaling two-sided platforms, talent marketplaces, or enterprise SaaS/data ecosystems • Strong technical depth in distributed systems, workflow automation, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Experience integrating AI/ML into platforms at scale (matching, personalization, fraud detection) • Track record scaling globally distributed engineering teams through hypergrowth • Strong focus on operational excellence: security, reliability, scalability, and governance • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business impact.
