DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as an Associate Director of Market Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll develop global marketing strategies and demand generation for our innovative scientific solutions. In this key role, you'll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that connect our advanced biopharmaceutical services with customers who are advancing science and healthcare worldwide. Working in a matrix organization, you'll collaborate across divisions and functions to develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies that drive brand preference and business growth. You'll analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences while achieving revenue goals and strengthening our market position. This impactful position requires strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and build partnerships across the organization. You'll develop our go-to-market approach while ensuring alignment with business objectives and our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. REQUIREMENTS: Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field Experience in B2B contract pharmaceutical services (CDMO, CRO); experience driving engagement in long-cycle, complex solutions and biotech market segment preferred Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals including branding, segmentation, positioning, and integrated campaign development Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data and metrics Demonstrated success in digital marketing across multiple channels (web, social, email, search) Experience developing and executing successful product launches and go-to-market strategies Excellent project management abilities with track record of delivering results in matrix environment Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and geographies, must be comfortable engaging and interacting with senior-level business leaders and SMEs (subject matter experts) Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools Strong business acumen with customer-centric mindset •Ability to travel up to 25% as required Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
