Location: Hybrid — Largo, FL (requires in-office days) Company: Therapy iQ (TiQ) About Therapy iQ Therapy iQ helps behavioral health and outpatient practices serve more people with less stress. Our all-in-one SaaS platform streamlines clinical, billing, scheduling, compliance, and AI-powered documentation. We’re growing fast and looking for high-impact sales talent to accelerate that growth. The Role We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our sales team and drive new revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—running consultative demos, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and closing new contracts. This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence at our Largo, FL headquarters and travel to customer sites and industry events. Compensation & Benefits • Compensation Plan: Uncapped commission, with a realistic six-figure OTE — supported by a strong pipeline, fast onboarding, and a sticky product. • Equity: Stock options included — a chance to share in the upside of our growth • Health Insurance: (50% company-paid, up to $750/month) • PTO after 90 days + 15 personal/sick days annually • Paid holidays in line with company policy • 401(k) plan launching in 2026 • Expense reimbursement for reasonable business costs Responsibilities • Close warm, qualified opportunities — BDRs generate and set up discovery demos, and your focus is on running the consultative sales process through to signed contracts. • Deliver consultative product demos and proposals. • Collaborate with onboarding, product, and leadership to ensure customer success. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in HubSpot.
